Civil Works for Telecoms Infrastructure

Our directly employed civils teams carry out the groundworks that underpin every fibre and telecoms network — from single duct runs to multi-phase urban programmes.

Duct Installation

HDPE duct networks via open-cut trenching or directional drilling. Single and multi-way ducting to telecoms operator standards.

Chambers & Manholes

Telecoms-grade precast or in-situ chambers and draw pits. BT/Openreach specification or bespoke operator requirements.

Excavation & Groundworks

Machine and hand dig. Mini excavators, 1.5T–3T class. Shoring and safe working in confined excavations. CDM compliant.

Directional Drilling

Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for road and obstacle crossings. No-dig solution where open-cut is impractical or not permitted.

Highway Reinstatement

Reinstatement to Sector Scheme 2B standards — including phased backfill, binder course and surface course. Defect liability periods fully covered.

Utility Works & Diversions

Multi-utility works supporting new build and network upgrade. Diversion works under S278/S38 agreements for highway authorities.

All operatives hold NRSWA cards. Supervisors hold NRSWA Supervisor qualification.

CSCS — Construction Skills Certification

All site operatives hold valid CSCS cards.

Sector Scheme 2B Reinstatement

Reinstatement operatives qualified under the relevant sector scheme.

CDM 2015 Compliance

All projects managed in accordance with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
